Cancellations and Returns
What is your Return Policy?
Returning any product requires:
- Customer invoice
- Original courier box, packaging of manufacturer (if any), labels originally attached with the products.
- Products in unused condition.
You also need to ensure that:
- You must claim for returns within the stated time after the product is delivered
- You must notify us regarding any manufacturing defects immediately after the product delivery.
- The returned product isn't damaged or wrong product.
- You must also give us a reason behind returning the product
How to get a defective item replaced? Or what if I received an incorrect order?
You can inform us about any defective item or incorrectly shipped order immediately after the delivery. You can email our customer service team – business@raimentz.com.
You need to schedule a pickup with our team, who will then make arrangements with our courier partner.
When you book order pickup with us, you must ensure that the product is picked up from your address by our courier service.
Please note that if you remain unavailable during the agreed time for pickup, there will be a penalty of _ which will be paid by you in the next pickup schedule.
While returning the product, you must adhere to the Return policy as stated above.
As soon as we receive the returned product, we will ship the replacement for the product at no extra cost. You’ll then receive a confirmation email once we ship the product.
In case you do not want the replacement of the product or if the product for replacement is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund.
However, if the replacement product we receive fails to meet the Return policy, the product will neither be replaced nor we will offer you the refund.
If we don’t find any signs of manufacturing defect, but has been tampered or mishandled at your end, we will not offer you a replacement.
Overall, we accept replacement for any of your purchases. Needless to say, we only accept replacements for the items purchased on Raimentz.
What if my product gets damaged in transit?
Please note that before you receive the package, check carefully if the carton box or tape is tampered or broken. In such a case, please don’t accept the package.
I want to cancel my order before receiving it.
You can simply write to us at – business@raimentz.com.
If you cancel the order before it has been shipped, you will get the full refund. If you cancel the already-shipped order, you can contact our customer support team. You can also return the order through the same courier without receiving it.
I want to return my order, but I have already accepted it.
If you’ve already received the order despite informing us, please follow the Return policy as stated above. In this case, you need to inform us the reason behind returning the product.
How quickly can I get the refund?
We will process the refund amount as soon as we receive the returned product. Expect 7-14 business days from the point of return.
