At Raimentz, we make sure that our sellers are carefully vetted. All the products offered by us maintain the standard quality check. However, just like most of the clothing products, there is no warranty issued by the manufacturers. It’s similar to buying dresses from your local fashion store.
Is a contact-less payment option available?
Although we encourage you to choose prepaid payment methods, we do keep ourselves prepared for critical lockdown situations if that happens. In that case, you can choose to pay your cash on delivery using an e-wallet.
Will Raimentz deliver my orders on time?

To sell on Raimentz: Register yourself at Raimentz business app. List your products under specific product categories. On receiving an order, pack the product and mark it as ‘Ready to Dispatch’. Our logistics partner will pick up the product and deliver it to the customer. After your order is successfully dispatched, Raimentz will settle your payment within 7-15 business days based on your seller tier.Do I need to courier my products to Raimentz?

Who decides the price of the products? As a seller, you will set the price of your products.What are the fees charged?
